Los Jardines de Santa Maria Golf is located in the
Elviria area of the Marbella district. It is a few minutes east of Marbella town but just to the west of Cabopino.
This is a greener and quieter part of the Costa
(del Sol) but within easy reach of all amenities. The development is part of a spectacular golf course which is soon to
be extended to 36 holes.

Elviria
Elviria is a quiet neighbourhood, with a thriving local commercial centre. Here you will find banks,
a supermarket, a 24/7 convenience store (complete with own bakery), café (tapas) bars and plenty of fine restaurants of international
cusine. The older village itself has a genuine heart, complete with town hall, church, post office, schools etc.
The village area, the commercial centre and Los Jardines gently undulate, and with tree
lined avenues it is a lovely peaceful stroll down to the Opencor for the morning papers and fresh pastries from their
in store bakery. Beyond the Santa Maria golf course, the land rises more steeply and continues to the
top of Elviria mountain.
The abundance of facilities and the climate makes Elviria ideal for sport lovers. It is
located in an area acknowledged as the golfing capital of Europe, and boasts more activities than you could imagine.

| Elviria - The Beach House |
Elviria beach is one of the finest sandy beaches along the Marbella coastline, and stretches for miles
in both directions.
There are many local beach cafe-bars/restaurants of all tastes, where you can sit and enjoy
a drink while watching the sunset or enjoy a fine meal whilst taking in the breathtaking coastal scenery.
Down on the beach at the Don Carlos you can also find the world famous Nikki Beach where you can join in with the hip and jetsetters of the world.

Las Chapas / Cabopino
From Elviria, head a minute or so towards Malaga (on the N340) and the first junction you arrive at
is Las Chapas. Here you can drive down to the beach side restaurants or take lunch / diner in Rancho’s! Muy Muy
Bien!
Another minute down the N340 towards Malaga brings you to Puerto Cabopino. This is a charming, tranquil
marina, flanked by white sandy beaches is built in a traditional white spanish village style. In the summer months there
are Water Sports and a Dolphin Safari Boat operating out of a small harbour of about a hundred boats ranging from dinghies
up to seventy-foot motor cruisers.
The marina has a wonderful friendly atmosphere. There are many bars and restaurants, (e.g. Alberts,
La Dispensa, Harbour Lights, Sheeban Irish Bar) some actually situated on the beach, where one can snack on tapas, delicious
locally caught fish or choose from the menu. In the port itself there is a wide range of International Restaurants. English,
Spanish, Italian and Chinese. Also close by is an Old Spanish Coaching Inn with a small par three golf course.
Marbella
Marbella town is only five minutes away. This luxurious resort town, is well known as one of the most cosmopolitan
towns in Europe and is a favourite location for the rich and famous. Why not take a a stroll and explore
the old town, take a coffee (or cerveza) in The Orange Square (Plaza de Los Naranjos), endulge in some shopping, or
enjoy a leisurely lunch on the sea front?
Just a little further around the coast and you’ll arrive at the world renowned Puerto Banus!
